"Users" tab

Hello, I have a small idea. I’m constantly searching through the user list for monitored users, but they’re mixed in with other registered users. Is it possible, for example, to create something like a “Favorites” list, or maybe mark a user with a star so there’s a tab where all starred users are displayed? And if it were possible to name the tab, that would be great…
